Sindhu Tolani in movie ‘Pandhayam’ by veteran director S A Chandrasekhar

Sullan’ fame Sindhu Tolani is all set to make a comeback in Tamil. She will play the lead role in veteran director S A Chandrasekhar’s movie ‘Pandhayam’.The movie features ‘Sathumpodaathay’ Nithin Sathya in the lead role.

Nithin Sathya is currently acting in a movie titled ‘Muthirai’.According to reports, the movie is a remake of Hollywood hit ‘Catch Me If You Can’. Earlier Mallika Kapoor was approached to do the lead role. At the last moment, she is replaced by Sindhu Tolani.

Shruthi Hassan movie to be produced by Gnanam Films has been shelved

The next Madhavan and Shruthi Hassan movie to be produced by Gnanam Films has been shelved. According to sources, far too many complications for the movie and Maddy will be doing another film with the same producer and technicians, but Shruthi will not be the heroine of the movie. Madhavan and Shruthu Hassan were to be seen in the next movie to be produced by Gnanam Films. Shruthi, daughter of Kamal was to make her debut in this movie. The movie was titled Endrendrum Punnagai and was to be directed by ‘Evano Oruvan’ fame Nishikant Kamath.

This is a slight set back for Shruthi Hassan as she was planning to make her debut in this movie. The real reason for the shelving is not known but the sources have it that Shruti wants to be paired with younger hero’s in her debut movie. She has recently featured on the cover of Verve Magazine.

Abishek bachan and Ash with the HIV afected children

Star couple Abhishek Bachchan and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan has recently been making a lot of public appearances together, be it at award functions, wedding of close friends or just a day out.

Yesterday evening however, the couple took time out of their busy schedules for a special cause and decided to interact with HIV/AIDS affected children at an association called Ashray.

Abhishek apparently has been a part of the Ashray Association since 2001 when he was first introduced to the organization by well-known fashion designer duo, Abu Jani and Sandeep Khosla. This was however, the first time that Aishwarya too came along with him.

With World Aids Day just around the corner (Dec 1), this star couple surely added a lot of color and hope to the lives of these little ones suffering from HIV/AIDS.

porn filmmaker like to approach Bipasha Basu

Richard Menon, an Indian- American porn filmmaker says if given a chance he would like to approach the dusky Bollywood actor Bipasha Basu for one of his movies!

"She has everything, beauty, class, smartness and professionalism. For an Indian gal, I would like to do a soft core film showing her real beauty," said Richard.

When CNN-IBN tried to get in touch with Bipasha, they were told she doesn't want to say anything and create another controversy.

"After Saif and soccer star Cristiano Ronaldo 's link up, Bipasha is off press, she has nothing to comment on this," says her friend.

Porn czar Menon thinks India is slowly opening up to the porn industry, which is so far illegal in the country.

"Things are changing. Playboy is here. Debonair has been there for decades. Royal Magazine has just made its entry and there are dozens of Indian porn sites managed by Indians on the Internet. I guess a new genre of soft porn films may develop in Bollywood if someone takes the lead."

Aamir khan to be waxed on the famed celebrity museum of London.

Bollywood star Aamir Khan was approached earlier in the year by Madame Tussauds in London to be the fourth Bollywood figure to be waxed on the famed celebrity museum of London.

However the star declined the offer, saying "It's not important to me. I have been approached but I am not interested. People will see my films if they want to.

Also, I can't deal with so many things, I have bandwidth only for that much. So things that don't interest me, I just let them pass. Each one has their own priorities on what interests them."

Amitabh Bachchan was the first man from the Indian film industry to have a wax statue in Tussauds, followed by the former Ms.World and star actress Aishwarya Bachchan, and then superstar Shah Rukh Khan and now next in line is Salman Khan.
